Field Trip to the Lake

We headed off to the lake. No routines, no papers to do, no worries about report cards or packing up the classroom--and no discipline issues! Two life guards were on duty to help watch the kids. Everyone was so happy, excited, and already dreaming about summer vacation. Fond memories!  (And the water was really freezing!!) 

Reading Buddies

This is a great way to spend some of the last school days--outdoor reading! Our kids found their spot on their mats, ready for their big buddies to come and read with them. These kiddos love their big buddies!
